Our ceremony and reception will take place on a Sunday at the historical and beautiful property of Southwood Estate. The property sits on the Hudson River and looks west to the Catskill Mountains.

CEREMONY:

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM and will take place on the open lawn, refreshments will be served upon arrival.  Guests are asked to arrive between 3:00 and 3:30PM

RECEPTION:

Drinks & hors d'oeuvres will be passed on the lawn after the cermony while guests mingle and enjoy the natural surroundings.

At 6:00pm we will move into the sail tent and begin sitting down for dinner. The dinner will be catered by a local chef, inspired by our trip to San Sebastián, Spain.

Dancing will begin at twilight and continue til 11:00PM, but we‘ll take a moment to cut the cake and then enjoy the sunset at precisely 8:26pm.

Around 10:30PM many guests will walk down the hill to enjoy a large bonfire.

ATTIRE:

Outdoor Formal: please dress elegantly, and for the season, but prepare for the weather.

PLEASE NOTE:

An executive bathroom trailer will be provided for guests’ use. Access to the house will be limited to staff only from 4Pm to 11PM.
